Nayan attended Purdue University and then completed the remainder of her medical training at Indiana University, including pediatrics residency, chief residency, and pediatric cardiology fellowship. She has also completed the fellowship in medical ethics through the Fairbanks Center for Medical Ethics. She is a cardiac hospitalist in the CVICU and a clinical ethicist serving all of Riley Hospital. Dr. Srivastava is a past co-chair of the Riley Hospital Ethics committee and co-director of the pediatric resident medical ethics elective. She enjoys traveling and eating food with her husband and three children.
