Coordinator; Department of Clinical & Organizational Ethics

Matthew is currently the coordinator for the Department of Clinical and Organizational Ethics and started in this role in2022 following his completion of the Fairbanks Fellowship in Clinical Ethics. Matthew graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University Indianapolis (formerly IUPUI) and is currently a PhD candidate at the Indiana University School of Nursing focused on understanding the complexities surrounding perinatal palliative care life-limiting fetal diagnoses. He has both research and teaching experience in quantitative and qualitative methods, statistics, reproductive health, and applied ethics. Matthew’s primary areas of interest include reproductive ethics, nursing ethics, and health communication.
